2. SmartInterview (Best for AI-powered market research - respondents and analysis included)

Workspace of SmartInterview

Respondents come from your own customer list or from an audience recruited in Switzerland and Europe.

Why it's a top pick: Most AI survey makers stop once the form is generated. SmartInterview keeps the AI working during fieldwork and analysis: it asks a follow-up question when an open answer is vague, lets people answer by text or by voice, and codes every open answer into themes linked to the verbatims, with sentiment, cross-tabs, and Excel or SPSS export. It runs in 99+ languages and typically returns results in about 48 hours, which makes it a strong fit for concept tests, brand trackers and customer research.
