We started forms.app in 2018 with simplicity, accessibility, and mobile-first principles in mind to help businesses collect first-hand data in a much simpler way. With over 3M users and 17 team members, the same mission drives us today to go out of our way to make everything easier so you can make anything in one form, or another.

We are working towards a future where data collection is quite easy and done in such a fashion that everyone has the best experience possible.
