We started forms.app in 2018 with simplicity, accessibility, and mobile-first principles in mind to help businesses collect first-hand data more simply. With over 4M users and 21 team members, the same mission drives us today to go out of our way to make everything easier so you can make anything in one form or another.
Today, forms.app operates with its headquarters in the UK, while its development and marketing teams are based in Estonia (EU).
