forms.app’s native integration with Square lets you collect payments directly through your forms. Simply connect your Square account to a Payment field and start accepting payments from your respondents.

Here’s what you’ll need to get started:

A forms.app account
A Square account

Steps to set up this integration

Click Use This Integration, open your form, and add a Payment field or open its settings.
Choose Add payment method → Square and name the account you’re connecting.
Sign in to Square and authorize access.
When the Connected tag appears, enable the available payment methods you’d like to offer.

That’s it! Your Square account is now connected, and you can start collecting payments through your form.
