Response view types
Collected lots of responses and want to view them in a way that you like? You are at the right place to learn different response view types and choose the one that suits your needs! 🚀
List view
This is our default view type, which displays each response on the left side of the screen and the response details on the right side. It is mostly suitable for order forms, lead generation forms, and other types that require a detailed look at your responses. You can always review the response data closely by simply clicking on the required response.

In case you want to access response details while in the List view, such as the Submission ID and Date of submission, simply click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the selected response and choose the "Details" option.
Grid view
This is the classic database-like view type that shows each response in a spreadsheet format. It lets you take a brief look at all your responses at the same time. More suitable for quizzes, surveys, and kinds of viewing all the responses quickly and easily.
With Grid view, you can hide the field types you dont want to see currently by clicking the Hide icon. Also, you can adjust the column width simply by dragging the edges of your table.
