Kommo
When you use forms.app as the trigger and Kommo as the action via Zapier, the workflow flows like this: a new form submission occurs → Zap triggers → Kommo creates/updates a lead or contact (or triggers another action) automatically. This means you don’t need to manually move data from your form into your CRM; the connection handles it.
What you’ll need
- A forms.app account (to build your form and collect responses)
- A Kommo account (to receive leads/contacts and manage your CRM)
- A Zapier account (to build the connection between forms.app → Kommo)
5 Steps to Set Up Kommo + forms.app Integration
- In your forms.app dashboard, create and publish your form so that you begin collecting submissions.
- Use the connect button here, or simply head over to connect tab on forms.app to choose Kommo + forms.app integration. Then, you can start setting up your workflow in Zapier.
- Add the next step: select Kommo as the action app → choose the appropriate action (e.g., “Create Lead”, “Create Contact”, or “Update Lead”) and connect your Kommo account.
- Map the form submission fields (for example: Name, Email, Phone, Message) to the corresponding Kommo lead/contact fields so the information lands correctly.
- Test your Zap with a sample form submission → ensure the data appears in Kommo as expected → once successful, turn the Zap ON. From now on, each new form submission will automatically create or update a record in Kommo.
With the integration of forms.app and Kommo, you can automate your lead capture and CRM workflow.
