When you use forms.app as the trigger (“New Form Submission”) and KlickTipp as the action app in Zapier, your workflow becomes: a form submission in forms.app → Zap triggers → a new subscriber/contact is created (or updated) in KlickTipp with the form submission data. This ensures your marketing list stays fresh and actionable.

What you’ll need

  • A forms.app account (to build your form and collect responses)
     
  • A Zapier account (to build the automation from forms.app → KlickTipp)
     
  • A KlickTipp account (to receive the subscriber/contact data and host your marketing workflows)

 

5 Steps to Set Up KlickTipp + forms.app Integration

 

  1. In your forms.app dashboard, design and publish your form so that submissions will trigger a “New Form Submission” event in Zapier.
     
  2. In Zapier, click “Make a Zap” → choose forms.app as the trigger app → select the “New Form Submission” trigger and connect your forms.app account.
     
  3. Add the next step: select KlickTipp as the action app → choose the appropriate action (for example: “Create/Update Subscriber” or “Add Contact”) and connect your KlickTipp account (you may need API credentials or to enable the integration in KlickTipp).
     
  4. Map the fields from your form submission (for example: Email Address, First Name, Custom Answer) into the corresponding fields in KlickTipp so the data lands correctly. You may also assign tags to the subscriber based on form responses.
     
  5. Test your Zap with a sample form submission → check in KlickTipp that the subscriber appears (or is updated) with the correct data and tags → once successful, turn the Zap ON. From that moment on, each new form submission will automatically flow into your KlickTipp list.
