Here are what you need to get started: 

  • A forms.app account 
  • A Wrike account/workspace
  • A Zapier account

How to set up this integration?

  1. Click on the ‘Use This Integration’ button.
  2. When you are redirected to Zapier’s page, click on the “Connect forms.app +Wrike” button. 
  3. Log into your Zapier and forms.app accounts. 
  4. Follow the simple steps to set up the integration you like.
  5. Finalise the integration and activate the Zap.
