Setting up an integration with Google Tag Manager is fairly simple and only takes a few minutes. Here, we will cover all the steps you should follow.
Before moving on…
Make sure you have
A Google Tag Manager Account
A form ready to be shared
And lastly, a forms.app Premium Plan with a custom domain set
1. Go to your Google Tag Manager account, and copy the Google Tag Manager Container ID at the top of the screen:

2. Next, click the Connect tab and scroll down, and find the Google Tag Manager integration after completing your form:

3. After that, you can enter your Tag Manager Container ID and form submission event name, enable showing cookie consent on your form, and save your integration:

Please note that the Google Tag Manager integration is available only for users on the Premium plan.
That’s it! Now, the form submission event will be automatically sent to your Tag Manager account whenever someone submits your form. You can also go to your Tag Manager Account to add custom tags for various purposes.
