Collecting the address information of your respondents with this field is easy. Instead of text fields, you should use the Address field to collect address information in a more organized way. 🛰️
How to add an Address field to your form
You can open the form fields menu and add an Address field to your form quickly. Afterward, you can open the field settings and make various modifications. In the form field settings of Address, you can find:
- Making the field required
- Type down an Address label
- Add inputs like Address Line 2, city, postal code, state, country, etc
- Insert the Google Maps API Key to let your respondents pin their location
- Upload an image or a video
