1. Challenge

Before switching to forms.app, the MAN Truck & Bus Belgium marketing team was using a different form tool. But it no longer met their compliance needs and had other problems:

These issues were costing the team time and creating friction in MAN’s lead generation process.

2. Solution

MAN Truck & Bus Belgium chose forms.app as their new form solution. After initial meet and the decision to move forward with forms.app, the migration was complete within 24 hours. With forms.app, the marketing team was able to:
