You can connect your forms.app form responses to your Virtuous account via Zapier. When you do this, you can create a donor ID from the information in the responses. You can then create a note or tag on a task or ID to optimize your workflow.

What you need to get started:

● forms.app account

● Virtuous account/workspace

● A Zapier account

How to set up this integration?

1. Click the 'Use This Integration' button.
2. Once you are taken to Zapier's page, click on the “forms.app + Virtuous Connect” button.
3. Sign in to your Zapier and forms.app accounts.
4. Follow the simple steps to set up the integration you like.
5. End the integration and enable Zap.
