With these integration options forms.app has with Trello through Zapier, you can automatically create new cards, boards or update the existing ones, move cards, add checklists and do many other beautiful things! 

Here are what you need to get started: 

• A forms.app account 
• A Trello account/workspace
• A Zapier account

How to set up this integration?

1. Click on the ‘Use This Integration’ button.
2. When you are redirected to Zapier’s page, click on the “Connect forms.app +Trello” button. 
3. Log into your Zapier and forms.app accounts. 
4. Follow the simple steps to set up the integration you like.
5. Finalise the integration and activate the Zap.
