Systeme.io

When you use forms.app as the trigger (“New Form Submission”) and systeme.io as the action in Zapier, your workflow becomes: a form submission happens in forms.app → Zap triggers → a contact is created or updated in systeme.io (and optionally tagged or added to a funnel). This allows your new leads from forms.app to flow directly into your systeme.io setup, so you don’t have to manually transfer data.

The systeme.io Zapier integration supports actions such as Create or Update a Contact, with the option of adding tags.

What you’ll need

  • forms.app account (to build and collect your form submissions)

  • Zapier account (to build the automation workflow)

  • systeme.io account (to receive and manage contacts/leads)

5 Steps to Set Up systeme.io + forms.app Integration

  1. In your forms.app dashboard, design and publish your form so that submissions will trigger the “New Form Submission” event in Zapier.

  2. In Zapier, click “Make a Zap” → choose forms.app as the trigger app → select the “New Form Submission” trigger → connect your forms.app account.

  3. Add the next step: select systeme.io as the action app → choose the action “Create or Update a Contact, Including Adding Tags” (or whichever action matches your desired workflow) → connect your systeme.io account.

  4. Map the fields from your form submission (for example: Email, First Name, Last Name, Tag(s)) into the corresponding fields in systeme.io so the data lands correctly and uses tags or funnels as you want.

  5. Test your Zap with a sample form submission → check in systeme.io that the contact appears (or is updated) with the proper data and tag → once successful, turn the Zap ON. From now on, every new form submission will automatically flow into your systeme.io account.

With the integration of forms.app and systeme.io, you can automate your lead capture and funnel-automation workflow.
