Kiwify

With forms.app set as the trigger (“New Form Submission”) and Kiwify as the action in Zapier, the workflow becomes: a form is submitted → Zapier triggers → Kiwify is updated (for example: create an order, add a student to a members-area, or update subscription status). Kiwify supports actions like “Add Student to Members Area”.

This means you can automatically funnel inbound form responses into the back-end of your Kiwify ecosystem.

What you’ll need

• A forms.app account (to build your form and collect responses)
   
• A Zapier account (to build your automation between forms.app → Kiwify)
   
• A Kiwify account (to host your digital product, membership area or course)
   

5 Steps to Set Up Kiwify + forms.app Integration
 

1. In your forms.app dashboard, build and publish your form so it becomes active and will generate “New Form Submission” events for Zapier.

2. In Zapier, click “Make a Zap” → choose forms.app as the trigger app → select the “New Form Submission” trigger and connect your forms.app account.

3. Add the next step: select Kiwify as the action app → choose an action such as “Create Order”, “Add Student to Members Area”, or “Update Subscription” (based on your workflow) and connect your Kiwify account.

4. Map the form submission fields (for example: Email Address, First Name, Course Selected, Payment Reference) into the corresponding fields or parameters in Kiwify so the data lands correctly and triggers the correct product logic.
 

5. Test your Zap by submitting the form with sample data → check in Kiwify that the corresponding action occurred (student enrolment, order placed, subscription updated) → once successful, turn the Zap ON. From that moment on, each new form submission will automatically trigger the configured Kiwify action.
