After easily collecting data from your users with your forms.app forms, you can create cards in your Kaiten account to include them in your business processes. You can update the cards you have created, move them to a different board or add comments. To do all this, simply connect your forms.app account to Kaiten via Zapier.

● forms.app account

● Kaiten account/workspace

● A Zapier account

How to set up this integration?

1. Click the 'Use This Integration' button.
2. When you are taken to Zapier's page, click on the “forms.app + Kaiten Connect” button.
3. Sign in to your Zapier and forms.app accounts.
4. Follow the simple steps to set up the integration you like.
5. End the integration and enable Zap.
