How to integrate with Discord?

1. Head over to the 'Settings', then click on 'Integrations'
2. Find Discord and click on the 'Connect' button
3. Sign in with your Discord account and authorize forms.app bot
4. Select a text channel to get responses
5. And lastly, choose which form fields you want to see in the messages
