When forms.app and Buffer are integrated via Zapier, you can send an update to any of your profiles by adding an item to share to Buffer. You can also add another thing that you have already planned to Buffer.

What you need to get started:

● A Buffer account/workspace    

● A Zapier account    

How to set up this integration?

1. Click the 'Use This Integration' button.
2. Once you are redirected to the Zapier page, click on the “forms.app + Link Buffer” button.
3. Sign in to your Zapier and forms.app accounts.
4. Follow the simple steps to set up the integration you like.
5. End the integration and enable Zap.
