5 Steps to Set Up Bitrix24 CRM + forms.app Integration

1. In your forms.app dashboard, build and publish your form so that submissions will trigger the “New Form Submission” event in Zapier.
    
2. In Zapier, click “Make a Zap” → choose forms.app as the trigger app → select the “New Form Submission” trigger and connect your forms.app account.
    
3. Add the next step: select Bitrix24 CRM as the action app → choose the appropriate action (e.g., “Create Lead”, “Create Contact”, “Create Deal”) and connect your Bitrix24 CRM account (provide proper credentials/connect the connector as needed)
    
4. Map the fields from your form submission (for example: Name, Email, Phone, Inquiry) into the corresponding Bitrix24 CRM entity fields so the data lands correctly.
    
5. Test your Zap with a sample form submission → check in your Bitrix24 CRM whether the lead/contact appears as expected → once successful, turn the Zap ON. From now on, every new form submission will automatically be captured in Bitrix24 CRM.
