What happens to my existing data when I downgrade my account?
When you downgrade your account, your data is not automatically deleted. Your data will be backed up and stored so that you can access it whenever you upgrade your account again in the future. Even if you cancel and downgrade your plan, you won’t lose any of your forms or collected responses, and your data will remain safe.

Our free and Basic plans have form limits: with the free plan, you can manage up to 5 forms at once, and with the Basic plan, you can have up to 25 forms. Pro and Premium plans have no form limit, allowing you to create unlimited forms.
If your plan is downgraded to a lower tier and you have more forms than the allowed limit, your extra forms will be automatically disabled. However, you can access your form data and always enable the forms you need by either disabling or deleting other forms to stay within your plan’s limit.
As mentioned above, all of your data will remain safe even after a downgrade. However, if you'd like to double-check your account status, you can always review the following:
- Export your form response data either by downloading it directly or by using our available integrations (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.)
- Check how many forms you currently have in your account and delete the ones you are not using.
- Take a closer look at our plan details, in case the feature you are actively using is not available on the lower tier.
