Selection Matrix
A selection matrix is the best field you can use for surveys, evaluations, and many other form types. In the Selection matrix, you have rows for asking your questions or providing topics, and columns for your options. Simply add a selection matrix to your form to collect feedback.
What does a selection matrix offer?
