As well as having a free forever plan, forms.app also has fair and transparent paid plans you may consider. With forms.app’s higher plans, you can get more data, use custom subdomains, and more.
What are my upgrade options?
forms.app offers a free plan that you can use for a lifetime. Additionally, we offer three different paid plans, specifically designed to meet your needs. These are the Basic plan, Pro plan, and Premium plan.
Basic plan
The Basic plan is the starter plan that allows you to collect more responses, manage more forms on your account, and remove forms.app branding from your forms. Here’s what you get in the Basic subscription:
- Everything in the free plan
- 25 forms
- Collecting up to 1,000 responses/month
- 10 GB of file storage
- +1 team member
- Remove forms.app branding
Pro plan
The Pro plan offers more features, including unlimited forms, the ability to collect up to 10,000 responses per month, and additional benefits such as a custom subdomain. Here’s what you get in the Pro subscription:
- Everything in the Basic plan
- Unlimited forms
- Collecting up to 10,000 responses/month
- 100 GB of file storage
- +4 team members
- Custom subdomain option
Premium plan
The Premium plan is more suitable for large companies that may require collecting a high volume of responses each month. It offers 100,000 form responses/month, setting up a custom domain, and much more! Here’s what you get in the Premium subscription:
- Everything in the Pro plan
- Collecting up to 100,000 responses/month
- 1 TB of file storage
- Custom domain option
- +9 team members
- Priority support

You can collect the number of monthly responses that your plan includes, and your quota limits will be renewed on a monthly basis. The collected responses count from all forms combined, not per each form.
If your file storage is full, here’s what to check first:
- Delete unused forms and responses to free up space.
- Empty your Trash folder, as items there still count toward your storage space.
If you exceed the limit and your forms include media files, they may become inaccessible. File uploads will also be blocked for your respondents to upload until space is cleared.
Once your monthly response limit is reached, you can consider upgrading your plan to a higher tier or wait until your subscription cycle is renewed. The monthly quota renews every month.
You can always check your quota and storage limits by visiting the “Usage & History” page in your account settings, and upgrade your plan if needed.
The short answer is “yes”. forms.app offers you 3 paid subscription plans that you can choose from. After you upgrade your subscription plan, it will be automatically renewed on the date of expiration.
If you plan to use forms.app for a limited time, we recommend cancelling your subscription prior to the end of your current billing cycle. You’ll continue to enjoy full access to all paid features until the conclusion of your subscription period. If you believe there is an issue or mistake with your subscription, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
If you cancel your plan before the subscription cycle ends, you will still have access to all the plan features and limits until the end of your current subscription period. You will also see a warning message in the Plans & Billing tab of your account settings indicating the date until which your plan remains active and when it will be downgraded.
