How to delete form responses
If you have unwanted responses and want to remove them from your main data, you can easily do so on the Results page. The deletion process will be quite simple, and you will be able to restore deleted responses from the trash in 30 days.
Here are several steps you need to follow in case you want to delete your form response:
1. Open Results, then go to the Responses section:

2. Select the response you want to delete, then click on the three-dot menu on the right and choose the Move to trash option when the menu appears:

In case you need to delete more than one response at a time, you can do so by first selecting the required responses using the filter menu on the left, and then pressing the red Trash button above to move all these responses to Trash at once.
3. Once you delete your responses, you can find them in the Trash folder by accessing it from the menu on the left:

4. Here, you can restore your responses by clicking the Recover button or delete them permanently with the Trash button by selecting the corresponding options on the right side:

Unless restored, responses in the trash will be deleted permanently in 30 days!

Unfortunately, once the form response is deleted from the Trash folder as well, it is not possible to retrieve the data.
The manager and the editor can move responses to the Trash folder; however, please note that only the account owner will be able to restore responses from the Trash folder or delete them permanently.
