When you connect the forms you create in forms.app to Flodesk via Zapier, you can automatically send form submissions into Flodesk as new subscribers or update existing subscriber details. So, you don’t need to manually export and import form data; your email list stays up to date with each form submission.
How to connect your forms with Flodesk via Zapier
When you use forms.app as the trigger and Flodesk as the action in Zapier, your workflow becomes streamlined: a form is submitted → Zap triggers → a subscriber is created or updated in Flodesk with the form data. This ensures your email-marketing list captures new leads without manual work.
The Flodesk Zapier integration supports actions like “Create/Update Subscriber”.
What you’ll need
- A forms.app account (to build your form and collect responses)
- A Flodesk account (to receive subscriber data and manage your email campaigns)
- A Zapier account (to build the connection from forms.app → Flodesk)
5 Steps to Set Up Flodesk + forms.app Integration
- In your forms.app dashboard, design and publish your form so that submissions will trigger a “New Form Submission” event in Zapier.
- Go to the connect tab when creating your form, or use the button on this page to go to Flodesk + forms.app workflow in Zapier.
- Make sure you select forms.app as the trigger app and Flodesk as the action app. Then, choose the “Create/Update Subscriber” action and connect your Flodesk account.
- Map the fields from your form submission (for example: Email Address, First Name, Last Name, Custom Answer) into the corresponding fields in Flodesk so the data lands correctly.
- Test your Zap with a sample form submission → check in Flodesk that the subscriber appears or is updated as expected → once successful, turn the Zap ON. From now on, each new form submission will automatically feed into your Flodesk account.
