Set a Time

Combining your forms.app forms, and your Set a Time account via Zapier allows you to create appointments in Set a Time with your form data. You can start right away by choosing one of the appointment form templates from forms.app or creating one for yourself.

What you need to get started:

● forms.app account

● Set a Time account/workspace

● A Zapier account

How to set up this integration?

1. Click the 'Use This Integration' button.
2. Once you are taken to Zapier's page, click on the “forms.app + Set a Time Connect” button.
3. Sign in to your Zapier and forms.app accounts.
4. Follow the simple steps to set up the integration you like.
5. End the integration and enable Zap.
