When you connect your forms.app employment forms with Greenhouse via Zapier, it is possible to create a profile for a potential employee or candidate with your form responses. You can also update the profiles you have created and add notes for each.

● A Greenhouse account

● A Zapier account

How to set up this integration?

1. Click the 'Use This Integration' button.

3. Sign in to your Zapier and forms.app accounts.
