Odoo CRM
Using forms.app as the trigger and Odoo CRM as the action in Zapier, you can skip manual data entry and ensure your CRM stays up to date with every form submission.
Zapier supports Odoo CRM integration for creating leads and carries out actions such as “Create Lead”.
What you’ll need
- A forms.app account (to build the form and collect submissions)
- A Zapier account (to build the integration)
- An Odoo CRM account (or an Odoo instance with CRM module)
5 Steps to Set Up Odoo CRM + forms.app Integration
- In your forms.app dashboard, build and publish your form so that submissions will trigger a “New Form Submission” event in Zapier.
- Click the 'Use This Integration' button here and then click the “forms.app + Gmail Connect” button. Or you can integrate to Odoo by heading over to the connect tab while you are building your form.
- In Zapier, choose the appropriate action (for example: “Create Lead”) and connect your Odoo account.
- Map the fields from your form submission (e.g., Name, Email, Phone, Message) into the corresponding Odoo CRM fields so the data lands correctly in your CRM.
- Test your Zap with a sample form submission → check in Odoo CRM that the lead appears as expected → once successful, turn the Zap ON. From now on, each new submission triggers an automatic lead creation in Odoo CRM.
With the integration of forms.app and Odoo CRM, you can automate your lead-capture and CRM workflow.
