Capsule CRM
When you use forms.app as the trigger and then Capsule CRM as the action via Zapier, your workflow becomes: a submission in forms.app → Zap triggers → Capsule CRM creates (or updates) a record (e.g., Contact, Opportunity, Task) based on your mapping.
What you’ll need
- A forms.app account (to build your form and collect responses)
- A Zapier account (to build the automation workflow)
- A Capsule CRM account (to receive the contacts/leads and manage your sales pipeline)
5 Steps to Set Up Capsule CRM + forms.app Integration
- In your forms.app dashboard, build and publish your form so new submissions will trigger an event in Zapier.
- In Zapier, click “Make a Zap” → choose forms.app as the trigger app → select the “New Form Submission” trigger → connect your forms.app account.
- Add the next step: select Capsule CRM as the action app → choose an action like “Create Contact” (or “Create Opportunity”, “Add Task”, depending on your workflow) → connect your Capsule CRM account (you may need to provide API credentials or authorize the connection).
- Map the fields from your form submission (for example: First Name, Last Name, Email, Company, Notes) into the corresponding fields in Capsule so the data lands correctly.
- Test your Zap with a sample form submission → verify in Capsule CRM that the contact/lead appears as expected → once successful, turn the Zap ON. From now on, each new form submission will automatically create/update records in Capsule.
With the integration of forms.app and Capsule CRM, you can automate your lead-capture and CRM workflow.
