Pipefy

By using forms.app as the trigger and Pipefy as the action in Zapier, you build a workflow such as: when someone fills in your form → Zap triggers → a new card (or record) is created in Pipefy with the form data. This eliminates manual hand-offs, reduces delays, and ensures form submissions are automatically processed inside your business workflow.

What you’ll need

  • forms.app account (to build the form and collect responses)

  • Pipefy account ( and within Pipefy a pipe/workflow to receive the submissions as cards within your workflow)

  • Zapier account (to build the integration from forms.app → Pipefy)

5 Steps to Set Up Pipefy + forms.app Integration

  1. In your forms.app dashboard, build and publish your form so that submissions will trigger a “New Form Submission” event in Zapier.

  2. Go to the Connect tab on the form-building screen to find the Pipefy app or simply use the integration button on this page.

  3. In Zapier, select “Create Card” (or the appropriate Pipefy action) and connect your Pipefy account.

  4. Map the form submission fields (for example: Name, Email, Message, etc.) from forms.app into the corresponding fields of the Pipefy card (e.g., card Title, Description, custom fields).

  5. Test your Zap with a sample form submission → verify the card appears in Pipefy with correct data → once successful, turn the Zap ON. From now on, each new form submission will automatically enter your Pipefy workflow.

With the integration of forms.app and Pipefy, you can automate your lead-capture or process-management workflow.
