Loops
Using forms.app as the trigger and Loops as the action in Zapier, your workflow becomes: a form submission in forms.app → Zap triggers → a contact is created or updated in Loops (or an event recorded) with the submission data. This ensures your marketing automation remains current and responsive.
Loops Zapier integration supports actions like Create/Find/Update Contact, Send Event, Send Transactional Email; so you can create contacts, start a campaign for a user, or send an instant email when you get form submissions.
What you’ll need
- A forms.app account (to build your form & collect responses)
- A Zapier account (to build the automation from forms.app → Loops)
- A Loops account (to receive contact data, run campaigns or trigger events)
5 Steps to Set Up Loops + forms.app Integration
- In your forms.app dashboard, create and publish your form so that submissions will trigger the “New Form Submission” event in Zapier.
- In Zapier, click “Make a Zap” → choose forms.app as the trigger app → select “New Form Submission” → connect your forms.app account.
- Add the next step: select Loops as the action app → choose an action like “Create Contact” or “Update Contact” or “Send Event” → connect your Loops account (using your API key/integration credentials).
- Map the fields from your form submission (for example: Email Address, First Name, any custom answer) into Loops contact fields / event fields so the data lands correctly.
- Test your Zap with a sample form submission → check in Loops that the contact is created/updated or event triggered as expected → once successful, turn the Zap ON. From then on, each new form submission will automatically flow into Loops.
With the integration of forms.app and Loops, you can automate your lead-capture and marketing-workflow.
