A Google Tag Manager Account
A form ready to be shared
And lastly, a forms.app Premium Plan a custom domain set
1. Go to your Google Tag Manager account, and copy the Google Tag Manager Container ID at the top of the screen:
2. Open one of the forms you have on forms.app and head over to the “Connect” tab to find Google Tag Manager integration:
3. After clicking the Connect button, you can enter your Tag Manager Container ID, enable showing cookie consent on your form, and save your integration:
That’s it! Now, the form submission event will be automatically sent to your Tag Manager account whenever someone submits your form. You can also go to your Tag Manager Account to add custom tags for various purposes.
