Mailjet
When you use forms.app as the trigger and Mailjet as the action via Zapier, your workflow becomes: a form submission is received in forms.app → Zapier triggers → Mailjet either creates/updates a contact or sends an email using the form data.
What you’ll need
- A forms.app account
- A Zapier account.
- A Mailjet account
5 Steps to Set Up Mailjet + forms.app Integration
- In your forms.app dashboard, build and publish your form so that submissions will trigger the “New Form Submission” event in Zapier.
- In Zapier, click “Make a Zap” → choose forms.app as the trigger app → select the “New Form Submission” trigger → connect your forms.app account.
- Add the next step: select Mailjet as the action app → choose the appropriate action (for example: “Add/Update Contact in List” or “Send Email Using Template”) and connect your Mailjet account.
- Map the fields from your form submission (for example: Email Address, First Name, Last Name, any custom answer) into the corresponding Mailjet fields so the data lands correctly.
- Test your Zap with a sample form submission → check in Mailjet that the contact appears/is updated or the email was sent correctly → once successful, turn the Zap ON.
With the integration of forms.app and Mailjet, you can automate your email-list and subscriber-capture workflow.
